My Organisation Simplified (MOS) represents a simplified perspective of how an organisation operates.

We are providing a predefined structure, to transition from unstructured information, such as spreadsheets and presentation materials, into a data model that allows anyone to understand the innerworkings of an organisation.

We embed our proprietary solution into our engagements, to capture information at a high pace and provide insights quickly.

MOS is built on the Microsoft PowerPlatform, providing a rapid deployment opportunity. The usage of the Power Platform providde the ability to extend and overlay our base capability, when the core functionality needs enrichment. When using model driven apps, we consider an easy learning experience for users and stakeholders, including the native security capabilities from the PowerPlatform and the Azure framework.

  • This information can provide insight in how much tech is used by a group of employees, and linked to any risks or tech being changed.

Market Position

MOS is not competing with other systems in your organisation. MOS is bringing different data sets together. By enabling a number of key roles in the organisations to contribute, the effort to operationalize MOS will require limited commitment, but adds significant value

High Level Enablement

  • Initial Discovery The initial discovery is intended to get results quickly with processing unstructured information and content. This allows you to create first perspective of how your organisation operates, within several days.
  • Validation & Verification
    This stage is intended to validate information captured in stage 1, and create a controlled process to enhance your discovery, while sustaining valid and reliable information

  • Enrichment
    The Matrix Enrichment stage is where the core information captured in stage 2 is reliable to build the matrix structure between each of the entities. For example, a reliable set of apps and a reliable set of positions, allows us to map which apps are used by which position. Without reliable data from stage 2, the accuracy of the deep dive is considered less reliable.

  • Operationalize The initial stages are intended to get insights to understand your current state. But your current state is always in motion. This stage is to embed our methodology into your day to day operations
