We offer over 2 decades of experience with delivering Microsoft Dynamics capabilities, incl. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, as well as developing custom enhancements or dedicated customer apps.
Our experience is enriched with not only developing applications, but enabling them into the organisation, providing implementation support as well as aftercare and support. This allowed us to be close to the business processes and the business users, and learn first hand about what works and what doesn’t.
Therefore we’re proud to be able to offer these services into the market, to help more people, teams, departments and organisations to get more value out of technology and help them to be more efficient, effective, improve quality of work and even improve their competitive advantage in the industry.

Co-Founder: Richard Vonk
I am the co-Founder of Nexus Digital Horizon, and alongside Nexus I am the Managing Director of Organisation Insights. I focus on helping companies modernize commercial and operational workflows, especially around ERP/CRM and data‑driven decision‑making. My core expertise spans various Dynamics 365 Business Applications supported with Business Analysis, Business Architecture. And wider transformation disciplines such as Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Management, and Program/Project Management.
I balance out a focus on delivering actual technology solutions, such as the solutions we’re developing and implementing with Nexus, and on the other side a strong ambition to help organisations on a comprehensive and suitable tech stack strategy.
With experience in IT operations, I have not just delivered paper based advice or recommendations, but I have developed strategic plans and delivered those plans into organisations, with various projects delivering hands on support and training.
Nexus Digital Horizon provides us the ability to convert innovative and automation ideas into real world solutions, aiming for solutions to have direct benefit with efficiencies on the shop floor. And I very proud to be part of that capability

I enjoy working collaboratively and strongly believe the best outcomes come from being a true team player—whether that’s partnering with stakeholders, mentoring others, or building alongside fellow makers and developers.
I’m an AI enthusiast with a strong interest in how intelligent automation and Copilot experiences are shaping the future of business applications.
